    ✨ Breakthrough Breath - is an incredible natural remedy for stress and anxiety, realigning your thoughts, finding clarity and purpose (along with many other benefits!). Rachael will share some powerful breathwork and somatic tools which can be incorporated into your daily life. We will then move into a full Conscious Connected Breathwork session with the theme “Manifesting and Connecting to your Intuition”

Bums & tums yoga flow with Julie. This class will incorporate weights & resistance bands to improve muscle mass while also toning, leaving you feeling amazing & energised. Flow, move, bounce & get strong to upbeat music!

Join Julie for Friday fitness & flow. The class will start with a mini HIIT session for the first half to get your sweat on & to blast away the week, moving effortlessly from dynamic postures into rest & relax mode.

YOGA FLOW WITH CLAIRE

This will be a classic yoga flow class, where the music and postures will take you on a journey to strengthen the body, yet calm the nervous system and invigorate the soul. Yang to Yin. Designed to be the perfect way to end the week, restore tired bodies but lift the mood to prepare for the weekend ahead.
